Starting at the age of 8, he began racing a Butterfly at his local sailing club and soon developed a love for powerboats as well. Recently, Dan has been single-handing a Catalina 30 and enjoys the versatility of both sailboats and cabin cruisers. He thrives on the thrill of catching a big gust of wind and equally cherishes the power and excitement of cruising on a motor yacht.An ASA Certified Sailor and Eagle Scout, Dan is an enthusiastic yacht consultant with over 30 years of boating experience. His extensive knowledge and deep passion for both sailing and powerboating make him a trusted advisor in the industry.Dan relocated to Seattle from Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Joy, and their dog, Darby, to pursue his career as a yacht consultant in the Pacific Northwest. He is dedicated to helping others discover the joy of boating, leveraging his entrepreneurial mindset to successfully sell yachts and find the perfect vessel for each client.
