Once a professional triathlete, Dan started DH with outdoor transformational bootcamps some 8 years ago. Building on their success, and increased requests for Personal Training, he opened the first DH Transformation Centre in May 2016 and a second larger centre in September 2020. Dan’s leading edge holistic approach and unquenchable thirst for knowledge has enabled him to obtain unequalled results with his clients over the years and inspired his team to become one of the best in the business. Dan was honoured to be acknowledged as one of the top 30 coaches in the world by the world famous strength and conditioning coach Charles Poliquin.Dan has also made a name for himself in the corporate world with health and well-being presentations to such businesses as Exxon Mobil, Slaughter & May, European Commission, Rockwell Automation, BSB.Dan is excited to start a new chapter DH Gym @ Work offering group classes, personal training and corporate health presentations to employees working at W16, Brussels.
