-Set up and manage, and maintain a VMware environment containing: 6 vCenters, 75+ ESX/ESXi servers, 300+ virtual machines, 3 VMware View virtual desktop environments.-Set up, manage, and maintain Windows based networks for our customers. Currently manage 13 Active Directories, 200+ Windows servers, and 500+ desktops using GPOs, Kaseya, and What's Up Gold monitoring software.-Set up, manage, and maintain SAN/NAS systems, including: NetApp, IBM N series, Dell Equallogic, and Iomega. Extensive experience with iSCSI and CIFS connections.-Set up, manage, and maintain customer firewalls and site-to-site IPSEC VPNs using: Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and Juniper NS/SSG products. Client-to-site VPN is handled by Juniper SA-700 SSL VPN devices.-Set up, manage, and maintain customer network infrastructure using Dell and Cisco switches. VLANs and Layer 3 routing are implemented as needed. -Set up, manage, and maintain email infrastructure using Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010, with Postini as a 3rd party SPAM and virus filter.-Plan and execute system migrations from older operating systems and hardware to current versions and new Dell hardware.-Other management aspects: Internal DNS, External DNS, DHCP, SSL certificates, Anti-virus, backups-Train and assist technicians and engineers.-Investigate, test, and implement new technologies that management or customers want to start using. All new technologies are tested by me for approval and/or configuration.-Write and implement scripts to make management tasks easier.-Document configuration and write How To guides for internal processes.

-Set up datacenter racks.-Ran cross connects to customer cages.-Basic systems troubleshooting and remote hands.
