• Coordinate recruitment programmes for Youthforce apprenticeship vacancies.• Help improve the supply of suitable candidates for our apprenticeship roles through activities that increase number of appropriate applicants• Ensure applicants details are accurately and swiftly recorded on Youthforce database at every stage of contact. • Increase the number of successful candidates through preparing them for trial days and interviews.• Contribute to driving forward programmes that support the development of talent in target locations• Improve efficiency and quality (leading to scalability) of Talent Acquisition through developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Amend the system to reflect this.• Deal with young people applying for apprenticeships with honesty, care and integrity• Work alongside the Partnership Development team to support the development of business opportunities in target regions• Undertake audit and quality assurance exercise’s to ensure all of Youthforce clients are dealt with to the highest standard

• Advertise and market apprenticeship vacancies on relevant channels, developing local and national opportunities to raise the effectiveness of talent acquisition programmes• Model 100% compliance with database development and maintenance – quality checks on record keeping and ensuring all learners and employers details are accurate and up to date• Provide thorough and organised management of apprenticeship & traineeship vacancies, working to fill position in line with agreements with valued Youthforce partners• Support the Head of Operations & Head of Talent Acquisition in the development of internal talent acquisition in line with the strategic direction of Youthforce• Record and update applicants details accurately and timely to Youthforce’s Talent Acquisition database• Assist with planning, organising and the delivery of assessment centres• Undertake assessment of candidates and spot talent through:- Initial telephone conversations- Assessment centres• Support organisation and attendance of careers fairs and other promotional events across Youthforce target regions• Organise trial days and interviews with employers and young people and provide feedback following this• Support the organisation in continuous development through the review and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s)• Work closely with the Partnerships Development Team to develop business opportunities where appropriate• Undertake various administrative activities relating to business development and talent acquisition• Develop an awareness of Youthforce’s strategic plan and develop working practices and thinking that support the overall vision of the organisation
