CurrentI specialise in EC&I Design Engineering Recruitment (White-collar) for various Blue Chip design engineering consultancies in the UK and Northern Ireland. I also specialise in EC&I Construction related roles. I recruit in the following sectors:- Chemical- Pharmaceutical- Nuclear- Power- WaterMy day-to-day duties are as follows:-Work with my team to build and manage a permanent/contract consulting desk-Source candidates, negotiate the best possible fees with clients, and represent the company in a professional manner.-Write and place adverts in line with client requirements-Source, pre-screen, package and promote high calibre candidates to clients-Arrange interviews-Negotiate offers-Keep the CRM up to date with all notes-Ensure legislative and client compliance at all times-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
