Work with surgeons to change the standard of care surrounding laparoscopic insufflation needs in the OR by reducing patient pain and improving their overall post-op care - bringing ultimate savings to hospital with reduced PACU time and OR time.

Responsible for developing new business with key hospital accounts, drawing on existing contacts and corporate structured marketing campaigns to educate, sell and market Recombinant Thrombin, a topical hemostat used to control surgical bleeding, to Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Vascular/General Surgeons, Or Managers, C-level Managers of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Hospital Systems, Hematologists, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO’s), and Clinical Hospital based Pharmacists.

• Responsible for driving sales of total hip, knee and shoulder joint replacement as well as orthopedic trauma devices i.e.; intermedullary rods, external fixators and bone cement to orthopedic surgeons and hospitals in the West Michigan Area. • Work in a team environment with surgeons and ancillary staff to prepare and coordinate implant arrivals, template x-rays, and consult on joint revision options with surgeon.• Plan and conduct detailed device presentations for surgeons and residents.• Organize continuing Medical Education Programs for surgeons and residents.• 2005- Presidents Club Award, 100% to Quota• 2004- Presidents Club Award, 100% to Quota and 25% Growth in Sales• 2003- 2 Million Dollar Club Award
