I manage all aspects of the Arthrex Regenerative/OrthoBiologics portfolio for my Region. My role includes Rep mentoring/training/coaching/development both inside of the Operating Room, as well as in the clinics/labs. I am responsible for building the sales strategy to achieve our quota for all of the teams I manage. I facilitate surgeon labs as well as assist in cases, case planning/consulting, tissue logistics and fresh graft matching. My responsibilities also include New Product Launches, attending physician courses and private labs in Naples Florida. I am a member of the Arthrex OrthoBiologics Sales advisory board. This helps bring better communication/strategy between the corporate product/marketing teams and the Salesforce.

Growing the Biologics and OrthoBiologics lines for the region. I manage and train approximately 60 Reps in three states (Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky) in the area of Arthrex biologics surgical disposables, human tissue products, and small capital systems for hospital, ASC, and clinics.Arthrex provides fresh grafts, bone void fillers, BioCartilage, Cartiform, both Angel and ACP PRP and Bone Marrow Concentration systems, AFlex Cellular tissue, DBM putty and sponges with or without cancellous chips, and QuickSet....truly a one stop shop for Biologics.We offer a variety of treatment options for Osteochondral lesions. BioCartilage works great for small lesions where Microfracture is performed. This can be done arthroscopically. Cartiform is for bigger defects and is actually an osteochondral allograft with bone and cartilage. Our OATS procedure provides a specific allograft match to fix large OCD lesions. We are also launching a Bio Uni option that will work with replacing bad cartilage with an allograft match. Our ArthroFlex 301 graft up to 3.5mm thick is the preferred graft for our SCR procedure for irreparable cuff injuries.

I sold an industry leading autologous platelet and white blood cell concentration system. Our Gravitational Platelet Separation System, Plasmax (Autologous Fibrin Sealant), MarrowStim (Bone Marrow Aspirate), and Bonus (Demineralized Bone Matrix) products are said to help promote healing, less infection, with less pain and quicker recovery for patients. Biologics is growing at a very fast pace as Doctors see the benefit of using autologous whole blood and bone marrow with stem cells spun down in our centrifuge to produce Platelet Rich and Platelet Poor Plasma. The concentration of platelets and white blood cells (PRP) along with the Platelet Poor Plasma and/or Plasmax are believed to help with haemostasis and also have some anitmicrobial benefits. Our product is most often applied during the closing phase of the surgery, but can be applied to open wounds as well. I have also recently picked up a TiMesh line for hernia repair.
