Dan has extensive experience building, resourcing, and leading commercial and government organizations charged with the design, build, and operation of large enterprise transportation or critical infrastructure security centers. Recently he has provided organizational design consulting for several success business start- ups -- commercial and non-profit.Prior to founding ProctorRobbins, LLC -- an Organizational Design Consulting Company -- Dan was the Director of New York office of Ross & Baruzzini, Inc., an international engineering firm that specialized in technology design and planning for Public Safety, Security and Critical Operations projects in the transportation market. Prior to joining Ross & Baruzzini, he was Director of Operations for the Lockheed Martin Transportation and Security Solutions Company in New York City. He also served as Organizational Delivery Manager for EDS Maritime Security Services and as Director of the EDS Norfolk Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Network Operations Center (NOC) – the largest NOC in an international information services program, designed to ensure the secure and reliable transmission of voice, video and data information worldwide.
