As a Project Coordinator, I work alongside other members of the Operations team to support our clients in effective global communication by coordinating multilingual translation, interpreting and localisation projects on a daily basis.Key tasks and responsibilities include:• Managing high-volume multilingual projects from quotation to delivery in line with our ISO quality procedures• Establishing comprehensive briefs through clear and effective communication with the client via both telephone and email• Providing tailored quotations for a wide range of project types including translation, localisation and interpreting• Advising clients on the most cost-effective and timely methods of handling their language requirements• Selecting the most appropriate and experienced teams of linguists for each project• Ensuring that all projects are delivered by the agreed deadlines
