Dan Silver has been a live Agent for over three decades. He has run his independent agency VALUE ADDED TALENT for 30 years in September 2013, and has booked and administrated countless tours on every level, and worldwide.Before establishing VALUE ADDED TALENT in 1983 he had worked with several of the larger agencies, learning his craft at Albion, MAM and then TBA. He established and grew acts from the early days of pub rock and new wavers Au Pairs, Gang of 4, Joe Jackson. Dan was instrumental in the worldwide success of Depeche Mode, Erasure, and Yazoo as well as tougher sounding acts such as Nitzer Ebb, Spear of Destiny, Flesh for Lulu, The Skids Vibrators and many others. Dan went dance crazy in the early 90's establishing touring acts such as ORBITAL, Eat Static, System 7 and Spooky. He revived Sparks career in the early 90's and took them over 15 years to their 21 show spectacular in London in summer of 2008. Since 2005 he introduced the major Festival events to the surreal world of SILENT DISCO, and this has been successful throughout Europe and as far afield as Australia, Japan and Indonesia. He represents them worldwide for corporate Festival and entertainment work for this unique show.Current highlights include the revival of ORBITAL's live career in 2009 - 5 years after the band had split up - with worldwide shows delivered between 2009 - 2012 grossing millions.
