I started my working life at M&S where I gained the confidence, communication skills and team building to enable me to search for what I've always been passionate in - which is the IT world.I was lucky enough to be the successful candidate for an IT Apprenticeship at 24 years old and have now been working as a Senior IT Engineer within the same Trust. I would advise anyone who can and wants a change in career to try and get an apprenticeship in the field they are passionate for, no matter what age!I have gained many valuable skills throughout the years, working within Primary School settings ranging from supporting Ubiquiti networks, Microsoft Azure/Intune, 3CX, Mosyle, Google Workspace Admin, Arbor and other various School Apps.
