Performed Human Resource administration corporate banking division within Synovus.Managed all segments of Human Resource administration for four banks. Primary responsibilities include improving employee performance, assessment, talent management, consulting and managing accountability. A key member of each individual bank’s staff and management team.

Responsible for all phases of Human Resource administration with a focus on safety, improving productivity and increasing employee involvement through T.Q.M. Key member of the Strategic Core Team Steering Committee. Responsible for the development and execution of the annual productivity plan through the utilization of Cross Functional Teams. Resposibilites also included adminstration of benefits, 401k. employee performance, talent management, commuincations with all exempt and non exempt team members as well as recruiting.
