    Commodity Trader - Dan learned the business at J. Aron and Co.. J. Aron and Co. was a commodities trading firm that was purchased by Goldman Sachs, Inc. Dan left there in August of 1983 and went on my own, as an arbitrageur in metals for some small clearing houses in New York and Chicago. Dan later branched out and procured seats on the Commodity Exchange (Comex) the New York Futures Exchange (NYFE) the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (It is now part of the NYBOT) and the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) During this time, Dan earned a respected spot in this highly competitive community.
