Dan’s practice also includes litigation of general business disputes, as well as defending lenders named in “lemon law” cases and defending franchisors named in cases based on the wrongdoing of franchisees. Dan also litigates labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, violation of public policy and retaliation actions.Dan is a member of Troutman Sander's Pro Bono Committee and is involved in organizing firm volunteer events, including work at soup kitchens.
