Dan Sweeney is an expert real estate advisor who was born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Dan launched his Real Estate career right after graduating from the University of Delaware’s School of Business in 2004. Dan joined Century 21 Alliance real estate office and he was a top producing agent in his first year earning him rookie of the year award. His consistent success led to an invitation in 2008 to become a managing partner in two successful Century 21 Alliance offices where he remained as an expert advisor & managing partner until 2014 when the company was acquired by Long and Foster. Dan remained with Long and Foster and was one of the top producing agent for 5 successive years (2015 – 2019). Dan is licensed as an Realtor in PA, MD & DE and is dedicated to customer service. Dan brings over 20 years of experience in residential & commercial real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen, and follow through with his clients. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Dan joined Realty One Group Advisors in 2019 as one of three founding managing partners. He now owns two real estate offices in west chester and west grove. Dan's company recently merged with the Realty One Group Restore which now has 170+ Agents, 5 offices and services Pa, De & MD. His dedication and passion for Real Estate is second to none.
