MANCAT have made use of a range of my skills including; financial management, I advise on budget expenditure and liaise with finance departments and external suppliers; set building and design;construction and placement of theatre flats and theatre lighting within health and safety regulations;providing technical assistance to visiting theatre companies .stage and lighting expertise used for all in-house theatre and music productions (familiar with programmable and standard lighting desks); the provision of technical support for external music productions such as at Zion Arts Centre;computer and technical support to students and staff on all computer platforms, with a specialist knowledge of professional software packages; space and resource management, I have developed an equipment control system for the college students and staff;installation of software and operating systems on Mac and PC computers;excellent communication skills, I work with a diverse range of people from senior management to students to visiting theatre companies and have developed the ability to communicate effectively with all groups.My current role requires me to have a full working knowledge of all aspects of live sound and studio recording processes and equipment.
