Our customers were spread across more than 15 GM customer sites interconnected on a private network separated by firewall from the public Internet. The team was responsible for following established processes and system configuration standards in managing and resolving customer issues with systems and applications such as Unigraphics, CGS, Nastran, Hypermesh, EasyCopy.
