Responsible for support, upgrades, and project management for SharePoint, Netpresenter, and Everbridge applications for over 30,000 associates. Among many other responsibilities, I did the following:- Supported end users with issues and requests related to their SharePoint site(s).- Migrated on-premise SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online for better performance and functionality for end users. - Played a role in migrating intranet from ColdFusion to SharePoint Online. - Developed complex InfoPath Forms, SharePoint sites, and workflows to achieve business needs. - Maintained ownership as technical resource and project manager for two of Advocate's major communication systems (Everbridge, Netpresenter). - Grew Everbridge footprint from 1,500 users to just over 11,000 users. Doubling Netpresenter footprint from 10,000 machines to just over 23,000 machines. - Performed numerous upgrades, rolled out new functionality, trained end users and ran many projects at various Advocate sites for both communication systems.

Responsible for supporting the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for five Midwest Hospitals. Among many other responsibilities, I did the following:- Maintained, upgraded, and troubleshoot hospital EMR systems ranged from 500-1500 concurrent users. - Systems supported were comprised of Citrix servers, Websphere Application servers, AIX servers, and RedHat Linux servers to name a few. - Ran weekly client calls to review system performance, project status updates, outstanding issues, and forward schedule. - Owned and ran numerous projects to add new functionality to the hospital systems. - Mentored four newly graduated associates helping them acclimate to Cerner and ramp up on their job responsibilities.
