Manages highly complex Business Process Outsourcing Agreement and IT Agreement.• Drafts, reviews and negotiates all types of contracts and documents including Master Services Agreements, Global Master Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Contract Amendments, Letters of Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Risk Letters, Change Orders, Work Orders and Statements of Work.

Manages highly complex IT Contracts/Agreements and Business Process Outsourcing Agreements in diverse industries (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, telecom, travel, and utilities) and countries (France, UK and Japan). • Drafts, reviews and negotiates all types of contracts and documents including Master Services Agreements, Global Master Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Contract Amendments, Letters of Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Risk Letters, Change Orders, Work Orders and Statements of Work.• Negotiates new and addendum contracts by overseeing and managing all contracts for all types of IT Services, including Mainframe, Servers, Network, Help Desk, End User Computing, Cloud, Consulting, Software, Hardware and Application Development/Maintenance.• Acts as a liaison to internal stakeholders, Legal, Finance, Project Office, Sales, Delivery, and the client to meet client requirements while meeting company requirements and policy ensuring document execution.• Interfaces and collaborates with all levels of company personnel from Senior Executives, Legal, Solution Managers, Sales, Finance and Pricing to Account personnel to draft, review, advise and develop strategic responses/positions to RFPs/RFIs and complex contractual issues related to client Satisfaction, Disputes, Terminations, Delivery, Payment, Service Levels and Security.• Provides complete contract lifecycle support addressing day-to-day and critical issues by providing contract interpretation, compliance advice, problem solving and sound business advice. • Earned reputation as top performer for managing more accounts than anyone else in the organization while maintaining client satisfaction and protecting company interest, consistently receiving excellent performance reviews by management for quality work.

Developed knowledge of FARs, DFARs and US Government regulations while negotiating and administrating Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, Development, Full Scale Production, Spare Parts, Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Cost Plus Incentive Fee contracts with US Government and Foreign Agencies as both the prime contractor and subcontractor.
