Responsible for Sales & Marketing throughout N. America. Negotiated & signed distributors & OEM's to contracts, updated sales literature, quoted & sold label printers through both direct & indirect channels.

Responsible for visiting, building relationships with & selling to distributors throughout the Northeast USA & Eastern half of Canada. Increased base sales 50% in 10 months.

Responsible for technical support to distributors & end-users, on site product demo's, training & assisting the sales department to ensure timely & accurate close of sales. My travels included Europe, Mexico & Brazil.

Responsible for product development from concept to parts on the shelf. R&D, researching & designing around competitor's patents, designing my own patents, directing the work of CAD specialists & lab technicians. I directed setting up new part numbers in our computer system, purchasing, cost negotiation, inspection, labeling & pricing. My work included traveling to our factories in Europe.

Responsible for maintaining compliance with OSHA, VOSHA, DOT, FAA, & EPA regulations & training of all employees. Emergency responder in case of a hazardous material spill. Also covered for customer service & pre-load supervisor as needed.

Responsible for creating detail drawing for tooling & final parts for metal stamping & wire form operations.
