Manage and supervise staff and project specific leads. Manage user acceptance testing, implementation, deployment and documentation of project management systems. Assist in establishment or staffing and project related contracts including scope of work, pricing terms, budget, invoicing review and reconciliation. Defined, organized and documented procedures and guidelines, system-related document requirements, process flows, status reports, and configuration documentation. Familiar with business processes include estimating, change management, project collaboration, cost control, purchasing and service requests and commissioning. Actively strive for standardization and continued improvement. Primary System Administrator for implemented software solutions such as EcoSys, Aconex, Unifier, Hard Dollar, Primavera P6. Primary Level 1 contact for technical support for all system users across North America, South America, Africa and Indonesia. Primary subject matter expert and liaison with Corporate MIS in design and development of the Engineering Project Management System (EPMS).

Non-Concurrent service but encompassing these potitions through this time period: Provide project management and technical support on research and development projects throughout Freeport McMoRan mining company. Serving as project lead on several projects including safety systems and tire monitoring. Key functions include Mine Systems liaison, technical development and research of new innovative technologies such as MESH, autonomous systems, collision avoidance systems, etc.. Manage staffing and project related contracts including scope of work, pricing terms, budget, invoicing review and reconciliation. Assisted with the development of processes and procedures for support of a wireless network for the mining environment. Team Lead for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements to eliminate waste and improve the processes by which the technicians managed and provided technical support while improving customer service. Project Lead in the migration of networked printers to the newly implemented VLan’s including documentation. Provided hardware and software support. Assisted in backup routines.

Taught Cisco Networking, A+ Curriculum, Business/Office Work Preparation and Web Design to High School students. Software, hardware, server and infrastructure support. Projects include Installation of new server for SIRS and Grade Logic applications with IIS support. Provide training for staff on new and existing applications. Setup and training for academic standards testing application, Galileo. Helped develop a technology request process to help increase customer service and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the reliability, availability, and security of campus network systems, district servers and applications. Provide the day-to-day administration, analysis and maintenance of network systems, district servers and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve any network system, district server and application issues. Manage staffing and project related contracts including scope of work, pricing terms, budget, invoicing review and reconciliation. Manage backups of critical systems and provide disaster recovery solutions for the systems. Plan and implement any improvements, modifications, or replacement of network systems. Proactively seek security information for network, servers, and applications and install current patches and updates. Implement standard procedures for network management, account creation and management, and server management. Provide support and maintenance for districts personal computer systems. Provide training and support for applications used by district staff. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards in order to apply for, manage and facilitate E-Rate funding. Work with district administration on grant applications and ordering equipment. Lead the process of creating and updating the districts Technology Plan. Created and implemented on online form submission for the technology requests and other various district forms. Provide hardware and software maintenance and support for the district.Duties include instructing Kindergarten through Fifth grades on required computer technology skills using the Texas Education Agency’s Texas Essential Knowledge Skills for Technology Applications. Instructor at the Secondary Level (Grades 9 -12) for the Cisco Networking Academy CCNA curriculum for semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4 and IT Essentials 1 and 2 (A+ and Server+). Software support includes WinSchool, RSCCC, Follett, MS Office Products, and virus protection.
