Surveys gathering individual level data such as earnings, employment program participation, and demographic data, to examine the effectiveness of employment programs on long term employment, earnings, and reliance on Social Security. Combined economic and social demographic data from multiple sources (including Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Bureau of Economic Analysis data) and primary data collection to examine the impact of policy on state and federal employment agency performance using aggregate state and national level employment and agency outcomes for persons with disabilities as a measure. Performed extensive secondary analysis of administrative and public data sets, e.g., American Community Survey (ACS) data files, Census Public Use Microdata Sample (PUMS) files, Workforce Investment Act data, and RSA-911 data to examine employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.
