I have about 10 years of experience using HS/GC to analyze blood samples for alcohol. I have attended the Borkenstein training course on alcohol in Indiana. I have performed thousands of individual blood alcohol analyses. I have also performed hundreds of preliminary drug tests using both ELISA and LCQTOF methods, as well as hundreds of THC and cannabinoid confirms using GCQQQ methods. My duties include: maintaining evidence chain-of-custody, preparing reagents, extracting or preparing samples, analyzing data and writing reports for requesting agencies, as well as testifying in court when necessary.I have five years of experience testing evidence for serology. I have one year of experience testing items of evidence for DNA using capillary electrophoresis. I have testified over 100 times in serology, blood alcohol, and cannabinoid confirmation cases in Arizona.
