In this dynamic multidisciplinary clinic I provide physiotherapy assessments for acute injury, shoulder triage and pre and post-operative patients. I work directly in collaboration with family physicians, sports medicine physicians, emergency medicine physicians, physiatrists and orthopaedic surgeons. I have special interest and training in shoulder conditions. I am part of the AHS Shoulder Rapid Access Clinic (RAC), a first of it's kind initiative to expedite specialist care to patients with shoulder injuries. In this role I independently assess and provide treatment options to patients with shoulder pathologies including rotator cuff diseases, osteoarthritis, instability conditions and more. I also assess and treat patients in our physiotherapy clinic with an emphasis on active rehabilitation, exercise prescription and patient empowerment and education.
