Responsible for overseeing all functions of the Business Office including but not limited to:- Completing accurate and timely billing for all payer sources ( Medicaid, Private Pay, and Medicare Part B) using Point Click Care- Maintain an accurate daily census- Completed a financial screening on all potential admissions- Enter all new residents in Point Click Care ensuring all payer trees are accurate- Maintain Resident Financial files- Assist with Medicaid applications and renewals-Review aging report on regular basis to minimize outstanding accounts

Scheduling of all nursing staff, completing accurate and timely payroll for facilityOrdering of all medical supplies for nursing departmentStocked nursing stations with nessesary supplies
