Responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process and our external employer recruitment brand presence. I work closely with hiring managers to devise recruitment strategies that meet the staffing needs for all service centers. and home office staff; from route technicians to staff accountants to management. Develop recruiting plan for each position and coordinate pre-employment assessments, drug testing, background checks, MVR, references, etc.Manage the posting of positions with Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc. I work closely with the VP in developing an employer brand and utilizing recruitment sources and SEO/Pay Per Click strategies to drive our brand and recruit top talent.

Coordinate staffing requirements of assigned communities and attract candidates for openpositions. Communicate daily with Recruitment & Staffing Manager for staffing, recruiting, team changes, census and community issues, new acquisitions, terminations, etc. Source, contact, and screen candidates. Arrange interviews and negotiate rates/terms of new hires. Use various resources including referrals, internal database, internet resources and other sourcing channels to recruit candidates interested in permanent placement opportunities.Maintain a database of PRN and Home Health therapists as well as real time Google Map to quickly and easily access therapist information. Compile monthly and quarterly reports in excel for managers, regional directors, and Vice Presidents across the country.

Assumed office duties while continuing to function as polisher and finisher. Checked in and processed over 450 repairs a week, over 650 during peak season. Kept track of inventory and ordering of gold, silver, platinum, findings, diamonds, and gemstones. Built relationships with outside stores to maximize repair sales and margin. Organized workflow to hit on-time delivery goals while short staffed.After reallocation of assigned stores I worked with store management to come up with tailor made plans to increase repair revenue through sale of custom created jewelry. I contacted various vendors, computer aided design professionals, and metal casting locations to determine the best options and pricing to maximize the margin on custom sales. I then presented these plans to my District Manager and, pairing with the store managers, implemented them in the individual locations. From 2012 to 2013 there was an increase of 336% in custom made jewelry.

Hired to establish and develop new customer as well as existing customer relationships with a focus on increasing core deposit and loan accounts. Assumed responsibility for co-creation and sole management of 2007 bank-wide sales campaign. Consulted with bank executives on 2008 product goals and was solely responsible for 2008 sales campaign creation and management. Managed a wide variety of projects both for inner bank business as well large scale, customer focused events. All the while achieving Platinum Banker status (sales award).

Worked with directives from various movie studios to achieve set marketing goals within Best Buy.Received weekly display and marketing objectives from regional managers and worked largely unsupervised with Best Buy management and staff to ensure full execution. Assigned various marketing duties as contracted by Mosaic for companies like HP, Kodak, and Buena Vista Home Entertainment.

Obtained OSHA certification for bio-hazard clean-up. Developed marketing materials and press releases for formation of company. Entirely self-directed. Networked with various sheriffs offices, county coroners, and funeral homes. Submitted insurance claims and documented the scene with extensive before / after photographs. Worked in very hazardous environments in which attention to detail became a potentially life threatening issue.
