Organized workflow to hit on-time delivery goals while short staffed.After reallocation of assigned stores I worked with store management to come up with tailor made plans to increase repair revenue through sale of custom created jewelry. I contacted various vendors, computer aided design professionals, and metal casting locations to determine the best options and pricing to maximize the margin on custom sales. I then presented these plans to my District Manager and, pairing with the store managers, implemented them in the individual locations. From 2012 to 2013 there was an increase of 336% in custom made jewelry.
