- Conduct and lead global DFIR investigations regarding ransomware, network intrusion, and malware investigations- Identify the root causes of Cybersecurity incidents by analyzing Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as numerous log files such as Firewall, DNS, Apache, and IIS logs- Collaborate with other UHG teams, to include Corporate Security, Fraud, Legal, Incident Response, and Engineering Teams- Manage DFIR team projects to enhance the capabilities of the DFIR team- Create runbooks and procedures on DFIR tasks to create more efficient and standardization within the team- Conduct static and dynamic reverse engineering of malware to identify additional IOCs- Mentor and lead DFIR training sessions on a bi-weekly basis- Train Junior and Incident Response Analysts- Lead macOS forensics subject matter expert

Information Security Analyst III- Conducts computer forensic analysis, data recovery, malware investigations, eDiscovery and other Information Security related investigative work - Collaborates with legal counsel, human resources (HR) and other IT technical personnel in investigations- Conducts examinations of computers and media generated by computers to collect and analyze evidence as an expert in the specialty area of forensic computer science- Assists other Cybersecurity personnel, to include Threat Intelligence and Incident response teams- Statically and Dynamically analyze Malware

- Obtained the 2020 Top Forensic Examiner award from the United States Secret Service (USSS)- Top Secret Clearance- Assigned to the computer forensics lab and internet crimes against children (ICAC) task force- Task Force Officer (TFO) with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Child Exploitation Task Force, Milwaukee- Conduct OSINT investigations on criminal enterprises and investigations; Work with various intelligence agencies for OSINT- Investigate National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) cybertips, conduct BitTorrent peer-to-peer software investigations, freenet investigations, and general ICAC cases; Investigate federal child pornography and exploitation crimes with the FBI- Regularly investigate IP addresses that are committing crimes against children and frauds- Trained in various digital forensics programs, such as: Access Data’s Forensics Toolkit (FTK), FTK Imager, Magnet Forensic’s IEF and Axiom applications, Griffeye, Cellebrite, Recon Imager, Susteen’s DP10 device, Passware, and other forensic tools- Analyze call detail records (CDRs) from various mobile providers, such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, etc.; Trainedin Cellhawk- a program that maps CDRs- Obtain video footage for criminal investigation from business DVRs and computers- Conduct network investigations by interrogating network routers and reviewing their log files- Familiar with and conduct digital forensics on all types of digital media and operating systems, such as: Windows, Linux, MacOS, Apple iOS, Chrome OS, Kai OS, and AndroidAccomplishments:- Renovated the computer forensics lab, creating additional workstations - Led a project to renovate and create a mobile computer forensics van- Managed a budget and purchased progressive programs, such as Cellhawk, to forward investigations- Trained additional personnel in computer forensics from multiple agencies around Waukesha County
