Responsible for all planning,staffing and coordination of all operating priorities within the location. This includes total payroll and all non-payroll expense accounts, managing the flow of merchandise from the receiving dock to the sales floor as well as the maintenance and up keep of the facility and all equipment. I was also accountable for the P&L.

Responsible for staffing,training,compensation,benefits administration and conflict resolution for associates. In addition, I was responsible for all unit expense control and accountible for the P&L performance.

Supported various corporate organizations within headquarters improving communication channels and building high performance teams. Used process management to implement work take-out programs and reduce corporate expenses by $3.2 million.

Was the General Manager for 3 different locations ranging in volume from $13 to $30 million. In each unit I was able to increase sales and customer service. I also developed and trained my report direct staffs resulting in promotions for several members.

Managed all facets of Human Resources for 21 units and 2 distribution centers in 3 states.
