Key to empathy is “walking a mile in their shoes”. I’ve been a small-business principle with P&L responsibilities, and all of the pressures that go with it. I and my team have engaged in hundreds of “business process assessments” with clients, understanding their businesses, and business challenges, and developing solutions to address them.RESULTS: As a business leader, results are defined by our customer’s success and achievement of the value of our solutions. I have had the honor of working with hundreds of companies to first assess their current environment to help identify the bottlenecks getting in the way of improved results, and then help bring technology solutions to increase productivity, enable creativity, and make anything.
