Senior Territory Manager
CurrentAs a Senior Territory Manager, I am responsible for the development and implementation of sales goals, appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth. Additional duties include prospecting new agencies, evaluating production and efficiency characteristics of existing agencies, educating agencies about our products and underwriting appetite, and acting as a liaison between the agency and various departments within the company.
