Dan Farley is a C-Suite executive with a successful career in hospitality, who proved that he could simultaneously engineer the growth of both a start-up and turnaround situation. Dan was able to justify this expense in order to maximize the long-term value of the hotel asset, in addition to promoting associate well-being.
