Daniel has a lengthy track record of delivering project finance solutions, he started Holden Capital in 2011 working with a handful of existing clients to source and structure finance for their projects, and through repeat and referral business built the broking firm to now be Queensland's largest project finance group. Previous roles includes over 8 years in finance consultancy and funds management, most was with the national funding solutions firm Ashe Morgan Winthrop, where he started in 2007 and survived the challenging market conditions of the Global Financial Crisis. Prior to that Daniel spent over 5 years as a Development Manager for a medium sized property development firm where he was regularly scouring the market for finance options. Daniel’s competitive edge is that as he has worked on both sides of the transaction which gives him an edge in optimising deal structuring, and allows him to understand both the Property Development and Lending solutions aspects of a project.Since 2007, Daniel has worked as a consultant on projects with a combined end value of over $3billion, with over 15 years industry experience, he has cemented long standing relationships with key people within the major banks and other senior debt and equity lenders, through his daily participation in the property development and finance industry he has extensive networks with other property market participants, including valuers, construction companies, investors, commercial agents and project marketers.
