He grew up seeing how tough his family struggled in life and vowed that he would find the solution to help his family have a better lifestyle.At the age of 18, he became a real estate agent working in Victoria, Australia and invested in his first property.He was one of the youngest fully licensed real estate agents in Victoria, Australia, age 20. At 21 years of age he ran his own real estate business through First National Real Estate.Eric sold his business in 2001 to join The Aldy Group - Victoria and was involved in setting the new Australian record of 399 residential sales in 138 minutes 5th September 2003 (Festival Towers - Devine Limited).Eric also holds the record of highest sales within a month, 18 properties. This record still stands today.Between 2003 and 2008 he was successful in expanding branches to Brisbane, Adelaide and Auckland in New Zealand. In 2009 Eric Co-Founded, Empire Property Investors, to help others create wealth through educational workshops and seminars. Empire Property Investors also looks after investors through property management.In 2015 Eric joined Holden CAPITAL to further assist property developers in construction finance through bank finance, mezzanine finance, Joint Ventures & private funding. Holden CAPITAL also have their own Managed Fund with over $400 million raised from high net worth investors. HoldenCAPITAL has settled over $1.2 billion in Debt and Equity since 2012.In 2016 Eric also completed his first 42.2km Marathon in 6hrs05mins (Brisbane) and also completed his 1st 10km Bridge to Brisbane run in 58min52sec. 2017 he completed his personal goal to run 1000kms. In 2020 became a Parkrun Director.In 2019 Eric was invited to join a College Foundation as a Board Director to help raise capital funds for building works and Education facilities. In 2023 he was nominated to become the Chairman of the Foundation Board.In 2021 he became a Co-Owner of Simple Bliss Cafe to help service the Community during Covid-19.In 2023 Simple Bliss won Small Business Award (Hospitality).Completed 2nd Marathon in 2023 with a new PB of 4hr15mins at the Gold Coast.Eric is a great example of the pursuit of happiness and success.
