Provide consequence-free advice to clients regarding opening a claim for personal Home/Auto insurance. Review policy coverage and provide insight and education to clients about their policy and how a claim could affect it on renewal.

Responsible for management of brochure inventory, work closely with security and maintenance teams, help guests however possible, rent out strollers/wheelchairs, keep a clean/tidy workspace, and sell multi-store gift cards.

I was involved in planning interpretive programs throughout the summer, which included children's programs, Spirit walks, guided hikes, and evening programs at the amphitheatre. I also contributed in the maintenance of the par and its buildings along with interpreting the symbols on the rock for visitors.

Guide tourists around park, interpret rock carvings, perform nature learning workshops, keep "Learning Place" clean/tidy, operate "Teaching Rocks" film for tourists, and help maintenance team when needed.
