Provides support to staff on all company supported applications.Answers staff questions via phone on all company supported applications. Troubleshoots computer problems. Determines source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.). Advises staff on appropriate action. Serves as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues. Works one-on-one with staff on application projects. Documentsresolutions for future reference. Other duties as assigned.
