I am employed as a Senior Data Editor of technical data at TVH Parts Company in Olathe, Kansas. TVH is a worldwide distributor of industrial and construction equipment replacement parts and accessories. Using brand specialists, my department is responsible for editing all information into XPART/EShop. XPART/Eshop is a powerful research tool for parts professionals and provides access to more than 14,500,000 parts by make, model and serial number for forklifts and industrial equipment. I was formerly a Quality Control Inspector where I performed detailed dimensional evaluation as well as workmanship and integrity of products and accurately document inspection record accordingly in quality database. During my previous years of employment, I have gained working knowledge of standard QA/QC instruments and equipment as well as ensuring compliance and reliable data through regulatory documents, SOPs, policies, and government oversight agencies. Additionally, I have experience performing inspections, surveillances and audits; evaluating against quality standards along with the knowledge of techniques used for sampling raw materials. I am proficient in the calculation of analytical results, maintaining samples and records of laboratory work, production documents and performing calibrations. I have prepared, implemented and reviewed SOPs, plans, and procedures. I completed regular reviews of Lab performance and initiated corrective actions and ensured quality records were transmitted to Document Control and prepared quality samples. On a monthly basis, I performed statistical analysis and trending of data and issued a monthly report. Performed validations of results from both on and off-site lab analyses. When necessary, I organized among the contractor's quality department for issuing of Lab NCRs. I also performed analyses, provided preventative/corrective maintenance on a number of instruments (i.e. GC, GC/FPD, GC/MSD, EI-MSD, and CI-MSD).
