At times, this includes creating the offer materials and presenting the offer directly to the client. • Manage the contracting process in coordination with Sales & Legal to draft an agreement, negotiate the terms, and execute the contract. This includes negotiating directly with clients, helping draft language and finding the right contractual solutions for Visa. • Contribute to best practices around commercial structures, legal terms, and other deal assets (e.g., finance tools and pitch materials) that can be leveraged for future deals, including providing advisory support to sales teams. • Identify barriers and challenge the status quo for the global deal process; Working in partnership with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve deal outcomes and sales velocity.• Manage global deal activities within deal portfolio like billing analysis, operational (CIO) handover, financial modelling, and extensive client research. • Major contributor to some of Visa’s biggest deals over the past 3 years across Issuing, CMS and VAS.
