As a seasoned deal maker, I have over 10 years of experience driving successful outcomes in the financial services and technology industries. Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager on Visa's Global Deal Team, responsible for supporting deal negotiations for global opportunities, improving deal outcomes, and managing global deal activities within my portfolio. I contribute to best practices around commercial structures, legal terms, and other deal assets, while identifying and leveraging global and regional sales/deal team practices to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.Prior to this role, I was a Manager on Visa's Global Client Incentives team, where I conducted deal evaluation and supported Visa biggest deals through the approval process. I developed and maintained financial excel forecasting models, worked cross-functionally with organizations within Visa, and conducted ad hoc analysis to aid in leadership decision making and deal strategy. I was also responsible for liaising with the regional deal teams and leading all compliance risk initiatives, including audits, business continuity management, and risk scorecards. Before joining Visa, I worked at Intel as a Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst on their Strategic Business Partnerships team. I was responsible for analyzing external impacting issues, conducting monthly and quarterly reviews with leadership, and expanding the Quality of Service program. I also developed and coordinated Continual Service Improvement projects and performed Service Level Agreement analysis for partner contract negotiations.
