 Previously own and run a skydiving business and managed the business operations with a very high safety standards from hiring, training and rostering staff, invoicing, managing budget and business expenses, marketing, video editing, resolving customer complaints and HR issues, refueling aircraft, operating small boat for river crossings, teaching students to become a solo skydiver AFF course and coordinating with councils, airport managers / owners for approval to conduct skydiving operations safely at desired locations. Other experiences include as a shipwright assistant, painter, steelworks labourer and as a horticulturalist trainee.
