Current- On-site account lead for top client, directing 1 cafeteria, 1 coffee shop, 8 pantries, all executive events and casual catering.- Lead opening of brand new, state-of-the-art cafeteria and coffee shop in downtown Boston location; executed client vision within timeline by communicating needs to project teams including designers, engineers, construction team and more. Included menu creation, planning and ordering for 8 stations, micro market, coffee shop and catering. - Manage overall profitability of food and beverage operations by increasing sales and controlling operational and labor costs. - Execute and measure implementation of guest service standards and trends within beverage operations to ensure continued growth and profitability. - Conduct meetings with guests and client on a regular basis to ensure dining services satisfaction and find opportunities.- Perform daily audits of safety, sanitation, food quality, meal delivery at point of service, and quality standards to optimize financial and operational performance.- Interviews, hires and trains associates, including 17 team members made up of 15 hourly associates, 1 catering supervisor and 1 executive chef.- Train and mentor team members, leading team initiatives in support of five-year corporate supply chain goals.- Opened new client at on-site location from networking, referrals and outstanding service reputation.
