Student IT SupportA role which required excellent customer service skills in a help desk environment. For this role, Daniel was in charge of providing support for an area of 400+ workstations. Key achievements:All staff and student accounts were bundled with Outlook access, which required working knowledge of Outlook SMTP and Exchange settings and setups on various devices.
