Iniciei no mercado de trabalho como Aprendiz de Assistente Administrativo na Magneti Marelli, onde trabalhei por 1 ano e 4 meses e ajudei o setor de TI com atividades do dia-dia de trabalho e escritório, foi aí onde encontrei minha paixão pela tecnologia e me aprofundei. Tive a oportunidade de começar a carreira na área de TI como estagiário de suporte e foi onde pude aprender o funcionamento de uma area de help desk, mas quando recebi a oportunidade de atuar na ArcelorMittal Sistemas como estagiário na area de Agilidade, descobri que minha verdadeira vocação era essa, agilizar processos e pessoas, mudar a cultura e mindset de empresas. Esses 2 anos na ArcelorMittal Sistemas me prepararam para que eu pudesse dar mais um salto na carreira em busca de desafios. Foi ai que encontrei a CMCorp, onde fiquei por 9 meses e pude me desenvolver muito na condução de times de desenvolvimento de software. Após esse tempo recebi uma oportunidade de trabalho na Belgo Arames, que pra mim tem sido um dos maiores desafios e um grande passo para meu desenvolvimento profissional e protagonismo. Tenho participado diretamente no processo de mudança de mindset não só da Diretoria de Marketing, Inovação e Estratégia, mas sim de toda a empresa e tenho me dedicado 100% a esse desafio de levar a agilidade buscando inovação na organização.A superação e resistência são partes ativas, não só da minha vida, como a de qualquer preto. O meu foco é chegar a lugares que sempre foram negligenciados aos meus e posso dizer que ter sido o primeiro da minha família a terminar uma graduação não é só um fato de orgulho, mas também uma responsabilidade de auxiliar outros a chegarem onde eu também cheguei e ir muito além.
