SFC Daniel Bach is a seasoned Infantry NCO with over 12 years of experience in the Army. He has held every position in the Infantry Rifle Platoon with the exceptions of Weapons Squad Leader and Gunner. He has spent over half of his career in various Reconnaissance Platoons as either a Senior Sniper, Recon Squad Leader, or Sniper Section Leader. As an NCO, SFC Bach has led Soldiers in a combat environment in Iraq two separate times, with two other deployments to various east Asian countries and the middle east. SFC Bach is an expert at training and managing Soldiers from various team sizes from as small as 4 man teams to 40. His experience and expertise is specifically focused on small arms weapons and tactics with an emphasis on long range precision small arms and ballistics. He has been responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and readiness of upwards of 6 Million Dollars worth of equipment at a given time as well as the additional duties and responsibilities as an Infantry Non Commissioned Officer in a combat environment. SFC Bach has been awarded several commendations for achievement, performance, duty and service to his country.
