Through these tools, I develop automations that streamline manual processes for various IT teams. This includes making API calls, writing PowerShell scripts, and handling variables using JavaScript. Additionally, I use BMC Helix as a central hub for workflow initiation, where I also serve as an administrator. This approach allows me to gain a holistic view of the processes being automated, focusing on improving the entire process rather than just individual microservices.In addition, I serve as an administrator for the Micro Focus OO tool, ensuring continuous functionality and implementing infrastructure enhancements to optimize the environment.Notable Projects: I automated the employee onboarding process. When an email arrives, it automatically triggers a request in BMC Helix, which in turn initiates various automated tasks. These tasks include setting up the new employee’s account in Exchange, configuring permissions in Helix, creating the employee’s VDI, and establishing their Cisco Jabber extension.Measurable Results: Thanks to the automations I’ve implemented, we’ve been able to save an average of 20 hours of work per day for an analyst. This efficiency has positively impacted team productivity and user satisfaction.Certifications: I hold the AZ-900 certification and have completed courses in Micro Focus OO and RPA administration and development. These certifications underscore my expertise and commitment to excellence.
