I am a highly energized team member passionate about helping individuals become highly impactful team members in pursuit of the full career potential God created within them. Originally pursuing a teaching career by way of my bachelors in history, God changed my career lane and put me on the road of Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development in 1997. I never looked back. Blessed with some of the very best mentors and friends in organizational development, I gained valuable skills and insights into Human Resources operations, talent management, career succession, leadership development, succession planning, and strategic planning. I didn’t always know why or where God was taking me down this road, but looking back I now see His hand, guidance and plan in it all leading me right here to Syfan.
