I have 15+ years of experience in the Instrumentation and Controls field. 8 years specific to Power Generation, 3 years specific to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG). 13 years of PLC/DCS experience modifying logic and HMI interfaces to improve process flow, reduce possible operator error, and unhide important information. I am an advocate of continuous improvement practices. I practice predictive, preventative and emergent maintenance practices. I believe in the importance of Electronic Documentation and regularly make updates to P&IDs and plant procedures and have made digitizing document libraries a priority when coming to a sight to facilitate improved Management of Change (MOC). I have implemented advanced Lockout Tagout processes at two sights through RedTag Pro Implementation and improved plant communication and logging by implementing eLogger software. I would on Low and Medium voltage gear up to 4160 and am NFPA 70e trained. For me my plant operators are just as much my customers as those that use the products we make.
