Manage onboarding & offboarding processes including, but not limited to: employment applications, background checks, new hire paperwork and orientation, exit interviews.Process background checks for ministries as needed. Process payroll for staff of approx. 120. Monitor and oversee process for quarterly payroll taxes.Process and print W2’s and W3 by the end of JanuaryKeep policies and procedures up-to-date in the Personnel ManualDevelop and maintain a culture of excellent customer service, accuracy, reliability and trust.Work closely with appropriate employees to provide information, assistance and explanation as needed.
