Configured and implemented a full-scale cloud-based CRM system including a product catalog, project quotes, and pipeline/opportunity tracking that cross references multiple account types. Implemented cloud-based absence tracking and electronic expense reporting software and apps. Directed a Managed Service Provider (MSP) transition and moved to scalable subscription-based services. Supported the Internal Sales and Customer Experience teams. Acted as a go-between for our rep group and corporate Firestone Building Products.

Provided recommendations to improve Oracle HCM Cloud security framework approach to a large andcomplex multi-business corporation based on industry-wide best practices blended with adaptations to fitthe client’s needs.

Led the deployment team responsible for client relations, orchestrating connectivity testing across internal teams, clients & their vendors, deployment planning & preparation, & driving the actual multistep multiday production cutovers. Worked closely with leadership. Provided critical C-Suite level deployment metrics tracked across the entire project and drove valuable process improvements. Partnered closely with a small team of project leadership with direct oversight to approximately $5.5M in revenue and 120 resources. Spearheaded many of the project’s business process improvements. Often tasked with rolling out project-wide changes with a focus is on business operations and profitability. Served in a client relationship coordinator role coordinating with the client, the Accenture account lead, and Accenture contract management team to execute contract change orders, address client concerns, client satisfaction surveys, as well as ensure ongoing compliance with continuity management, data protection, and disaster recovery requirements. Drove the complex reconciliation process moving new scope from post-production support phase through year-long stabilization, collaborating with the client to add scope and associated costs to the contract’s base services. Contributed to sales efforts and performed multiple client-specific product fit/gap analysis’s including AWS, Oracle Exadata/Exalogic, WorkDay HCM/Oracle HCM Cloud, and Tableau/Qlik. Assumed executive responsibility of the Level 2 Helpdesk in addition to the third shift applications team.

Oversight of ~40 base services support resources. Focus on process improvement and quality control. Rolled out many process changes increasing efficiency or improving service. Served as lead contact coordinating with internal technology group migrating the engagement to a new ITSM platform. Helped navigate the engagement through a contract renegotiation extending 39% savings to the bank. Re-staffed 100% of my Atlanta team. Held contract change meetings in Manila. Drove creation of replacement offshore night shift applications team in Manila and assumed executive responsibility of the team.

Directly managed the onshore application team of ~12 for a global bank’s suite of Human Resources Systems (PeopleSoft Portal, HCM, MSS, EPM, CRM, ELM, TAM, EBS as well as a handful of custom non-PeopleSoft applications). Global coordination of production issues across US, German and Manila teams driving for excellence in delivery. Worked with consultants building ETL maps for Ascential DataStage (later IBM InfoSphere). Traveled to Germany for the go-live of PeopleSoft EPM implementation.

Provided production application support for a global bank’s suite of Human Resources systems (mainly core PeopleSoft Portal, HCM and MSS applications). Became very knowledgeable of PS data structure, tables and troubleshooting complex production data-related issues via SQL investigations and reports.
