Realized cost savings from the new compensation program were $32M through the first 7 months and the margin increase in the first full calendar year was projected to be approximately $120M.I provided an international vehicle leasing and fleet management company with a business intelligence strategy and report rationalization recommendation that reduced reporting overhead by 50%, as well as identified organizational changes and 7 distinct workstreams to achieve the desired future state.I led the implementation of a self-service Business Intelligence application that enabled a retail company department with $1.2B in annual sales to analyze and compare product assortments based on geographical buying preferences in a manner not possible through any previous reporting mechanism.
