I was responsible for managing both UK and Israeli client relationships supporting the full ICE Data Services suite of offerings (Pricing & Analytics, Exchange Data, Desktops & Tools and Connectivity).

I was responsible for account and relationship management within our pricing and reference data services business for a range of buy/sell side UK and Israeli financial institutions. This included new business for Israel. I was the day to day point of contact for my clients providing support for their existing services while also suggesting upgrades and new product lines where appropriate.

I was responsible for researching existing and prospective client portfolios to assess coverage as well as designing, creating and implementing market data feeds for clients. This required a lot of internal and external communication to ensure client achieved the desired result.

My role as a Data Analyst was to provide first line support to clients with data issues/questions on a wide variety of products and systems we deliver to them. This required internal communication across many different departments to provide timely high calibre responses. Progressed to be the dedicated contact for our major accounts.
