For the past 13 years, Mr. Beaulieu has worked for General Dynamics Information Technology in a management capacity. Currently, Mr. Beaulieu is working with the Director of Operations and providing operational direction and guidance to the Management teams at three Contact Center for Operations (CCO) sites; Houston, TX, Lynn Haven, FL and Bogalusa, LA. Prior to this, Mr. Beaulieu served as a Tiger team lead for the start-up and transition of a call-center site in Lynn Haven, FL. This has been a five month tour, where Mr. Beaulieu led a team to bring the site up and call -ready by Oct 1, 2013. Mr. Beaulieu collaborated with facilities, IT, Human Resources and served as the primary point of contact to the Deputy Transition manager. His involvement included interviewing and selecting the top candidates for the Senior Site Manager positions at the site as well as the managers. Prior to this, Mr. Beaulieu served as the Temporary Program Manager for Web Chat. Mr. Beaulieu has also managed weekend operations at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Beneficiary Contact Center for two years. He then was promoted to Deputy Program Manager in BCC Written Correspondence Operations.
